Lemony hummus (quick version)

Serving size: just over 1 cup

Ingredients
1 tin (400 grams) organic chickpeas, drained
1 large garlic clove
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Juice of one lime or lemon (approximately 2 tablespoons)
2-5 tablespoons ice cold water (amount depends on desired consistency)
Salt to taste
Method
Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Start with 2 tablespoons of water and increase amount depending on desired consistency.
Blend the ingredients together until it forms a smooth consistency. You may need to use a spatula to scrape down the hummus and blitz again
